Studio owners and bookkeepers who run Mindbody usually export reports, total them in a spreadsheet and retype them into QuickBooks, and the card deposits still never match the sales report. I work in payments, and I kept seeing the same problem: a platform pays out one net deposit, and someone has to rebuild the sales, fees and refunds behind it by hand in QuickBooks.
