By accessing or using LaunchFree.io ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, submitters, and users of LaunchFree.io.
LaunchFree.io is a free launch directory operated by Automated Income Tools LLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona. It allows founders, builders, and creators to submit their launches for review and potential listing. Listing on LaunchFree.io is free and will always remain free for core listings.
By submitting a listing to LaunchFree.io, you represent and warrant that:
By submitting a listing, you grant Automated Income Tools LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and promote your submission content (including name, tagline, description, logo, and URL) on LaunchFree.io and in associated promotional materials including The Runway Radar newsletter and social media channels.
You retain full ownership of your content. This license ends if your listing is removed from the Site.

The LaunchFree.io name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Automated Income Tools LLC. You may not use our branding without prior written permission, except to share links to the Site or use the "Listed on The Runway" badge as intended.
LaunchFree.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any listing on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automated Income Tools LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LaunchFree.io or any listing found on the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
LaunchFree.io contains links to third-party websites and products. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.
A listing on LaunchFree.io (The Runway) is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of the product or service by LaunchFree.io or Automated Income Tools LLC. We review submissions for basic fit and the Runway Standard, but we do not test, audit, vet, or independently verify the safety, legality, quality, claims, pricing, or ongoing operation of any listed product.
Listings are provided for discovery only. The presence of a product on the Site does not mean we endorse the product, its maker, or how it may be used, and it does not mean we have confirmed the maker's claims. Any statements, features, or results described in a listing are the maker's own, not ours.
Any decision to use, buy, or rely on a listed product is yours alone, and any dealings you have with a listed product or its maker are solely between you and that maker. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of LaunchFree.io after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "last updated" date when changes are made.
