By accessing or using LaunchFree.io ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, submitters, and users of LaunchFree.io.

About LaunchFree.io

LaunchFree.io is a free launch directory operated by Automated Income Tools LLC. It allows founders, makers, and builders to submit their launches for review and potential listing. Listing on LaunchFree.io is free and will always remain free for core listings.

Submitting a listing

By submitting a listing to LaunchFree.io, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of or have the right to submit the product, service, or business
• All information provided in your submission is accurate and not misleading
• Your launch is legal in the jurisdictions where it operates
• Your launch does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• You have the authority to grant LaunchFree.io permission to display your listing

Content license

By submitting a listing, you grant Automated Income Tools LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and promote your submission content (including name, tagline, description, logo, and URL) on LaunchFree.io and in associated promotional materials including The Runway Radar newsletter and social media channels.

You retain full ownership of your content. This license ends if your listing is removed from the Site.

Prohibited submissions

The following are not permitted on LaunchFree.io:

• Illegal products, services, or businesses
• Products that promote harm to people or animals
• Adult content, gambling services, or weapons
• Scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive products
• Spam tools or products designed to manipulate platforms
• Hate-based, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Duplicate or fake listings
• Listings submitted without the owner's authorization

Our rights regarding listings

Automated Income Tools LLC reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any submission at our sole discretion
• Remove any listing at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms
• Edit listing content for clarity, formatting, or compliance
• Feature or promote any listing at our discretion

We are not obligated to provide reasons for rejecting or removing a listing.

User conduct

When using LaunchFree.io, you agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate upvotes or engagement through automated means
• Scrape or harvest data from the Site without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Intellectual property

The LaunchFree.io name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Automated Income Tools LLC. You may not use our branding without prior written permission, except to share links to the Site or use the "Listed on LaunchFree.io" badge as intended.

Disclaimer of warranties

LaunchFree.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any listing on the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automated Income Tools LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LaunchFree.io or any listing found on the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

Third-party links

LaunchFree.io contains links to third-party websites and products. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of LaunchFree.io after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "last updated" date when changes are made.
