Whatnot pays sellers a net amount after commission, processing fees, shipping and refunds, so bank deposits never match sales, and it's hard to tell which shows actually made money. Lotbook is a tool we're building to fix both. You'll download the reports Whatnot already provides, upload them, and Lotbook will produce ready-to-post entries for QuickBooks Online or Xero with fees, refunds and adjustments split out, plus profit by show and by lot. If you keep your books by hand, there will be a spreadsheet export too. It isn't built yet. Join the early access list and we'll email you when it opens. Free guides on Whatnot bookkeeping, sales tax, 1099-K and profit per show are on the site. Lotbook is independent and not affiliated with Whatnot, Intuit or Xero.

I work in payments, and I kept seeing the same problem: a platform pays out one net deposit, and someone has to rebuild the sales, fees and refunds behind it by hand in QuickBooks. I'm testing whether a narrow tool for each platform is worth building before writing the code, so the waitlist tells me who actually needs it.
