About This Launch
SimpleShelf is a free web app for finding less-processed groceries before you shop. Pick a store and a category, and products are ranked by NOVA processing level, then fewest additives, fewest ingredients and Nutri-Score.
You can filter by ingredient, scan barcodes, and save shopping lists. It works offline with no account. Data is crowd-sourced and may be incomplete, so check labels.
Why I Built This
