Written Vows' wedding seating chart maker runs in the browser. Lay out round, oval, square, rectangular, banquet, head and sweetheart tables, paste a guest list or import a CSV, then drag guests to seats or let auto-arrange fill the room while keeping parties together and keep-apart pairs apart. Lock fixed seats, see meal counts by table, and print the room plan, table signs, escort cards, place cards and table lists, or download PNG and CSV files.
A UK version adds a traditional top table. There is no account, no watermark and no limit on guests or tables, and the plan is saved in your browser. Written Vows also publishes free wedding vow and speech examples and a vow builder. Built by Taro Schenker.
Most free seating chart tools ask you to sign up, stop at a guest limit or put a watermark or credit line on the printouts. I wanted one that does the whole job for free in the browser, including escort cards and table lists for the venue, without collecting anyone's guest list.
