About This Launch
VideoUpscaler.dev helps creators test a 2x upscale of short MP4/H.264 clips locally in a compatible desktop Chromium browser. WebGPU and WebCodecs run an Anime4K CNN model without uploading source footage or installing desktop software, with before-and-after preview and MP4 export.

Why I Built This
We built VideoUpscaler.dev to make short-form video enhancement easier to test without sending source footage to a remote server or installing a large desktop application. The goal is a focused, privacy-friendly browser workflow with clear limits and simple export.
