About This Launch
The Talent App (also SparxTalent) is an MIT-licensed open-source applicant tracking system for small teams and agencies. It covers jobs, candidates, pipelines, interviews, and an applicant portal. Teams can self-host for full data ownership or have SparxIT implement it. It is not a multi-tenant SaaS product.
Why I Built This
We built The Talent App because small teams and agencies often need a serious ATS without multi-tenant SaaS lock-in or giving up control of candidate data. Open-source (MIT) plus optional SparxIT implementation lets teams own the stack while still shipping hiring workflows quickly.
