About This Launch
A compliance pack for indie Android and Flutter developers who need to pass Google Play's 12-tester closed testing requirement. Includes a tester tracker spreadsheet with day-count formulas, recruitment scripts, Data Safety decision tables, privacy policy templates, a 40-point pre-launch checklist, and a production access questionnaire framework.
Why I Built This
I lost two weeks to Google Play's 12-tester closed testing rule because the details that trip you up, what counts as opted-in, Data Safety mismatches, the production access questionnaire, are invisible until you hit them. I packaged the tracker, recruitment scripts, and compliance docs I used so other indie devs can skip that.
