OverCLI is an open-source desktop control plane for coding-agent CLIs. It helps developers reduce wasted credits by routing work across premium, cheaper, and local models while keeping chats, diffs, approvals, worktrees, review loops, flows, workers, and usage stats in one window.
OverCLI started from the mess of real coding-agent work: Claude in one terminal, Codex in another, local Ollama somewhere else, and no single place to see diffs, approvals, usage, or what each agent actually changed. The goal is to make multi-agent coding cheaper and saner by routing routine work to cheaper or local models while reserving premium models for planning, debugging, and review.
