MECH Orbit is cloud workshop management software for independent auto repair shops and service networks. It combines CRMmech, a mechanic app and Vision AI. Teams can manage customer and vehicle records, appointments, work orders, parts, inventory and finances. Mechanics record job statuses, fault photos and voice notes for the workshop team; customers separately approve proposed work and parts. With compatible, configured cameras, vehicle arrival detection can open a work order and support remote monitoring of service-bay occupancy. The core CRM can also be used without cameras.
