About This Launch
ScanQueue is a QR virtual queue for walk-in businesses and events. Guests scan a QR code at the entrance, join the queue in seconds and track their live position from their phone, with no app to download. When it's their turn they are notified by WhatsApp or SMS. Staff run everything from a live dashboard: add walk-ins, call guests, seat them and see analytics on wait times and no-shows. For venues with a capacity cap, Live Capacity counts guests in and out in real time.

We built ScanQueue so walk-in businesses and big events can stop making people stand in line.
