I created HOSTFLOW to help independent hosts managing 1-5 short-term rentals keep their daily operations organized without relying on multiple disconnected spreadsheets. Bookings, cleaning turnovers, maintenance tasks and paid expenses are closely related, but tracking them separately can make it difficult to maintain a clear overview. My goal was to bring these activities together in a practical Google Sheets system that is easy to understand and helps small operators stay organized without needing complex property management software.
