About This Launch
Guzli is an AI-powered customer support chatbot that also handles phone calls. You connect your website, help articles, and files. It answers questions in live chat on your site. If someone calls, it picks up using that same content, so the bot does not go quiet on the phone. Use it for website FAQs, after-hours phone coverage, and calling customers back. No coding. Works with Shopify, Stripe, Calendly, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, and WhatsApp.
Why I Built This
Small teams were buying a chatbot and a separate phone product. Guzli is one AI bot for website chat and the phone, trained on the same help articles.
