Duckweed is a cross-platform desktop terminal workspace for vibe coding. It keeps real shells, locally installed coding-agent CLIs, tests, logs, project context, and Git diffs visible in one window. It is local-first and source-available, not a hosted AI service; users bring their own CLI accounts and credentials. Stable installers are available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

I kept losing the thread when one agent edited files while tests and logs ran elsewhere. Duckweed started as a local workspace for keeping shells, agent sessions, panes, and diff review together without adding another hosted account or provider layer.
