About This Launch
Device-Test is a free browser-based utility for checking microphones, cameras, screen sharing, displays, keyboards, speakers, batteries, networks and other device capabilities. Tests run locally in the browser, so users can verify hardware before meetings or troubleshoot problems without uploading recordings or diagnostic data.
Why I Built This
I built Device-Test because checking whether a microphone, camera or screen-sharing setup works should be quick and private. Too many testing sites are cluttered or send users through unnecessary steps, so this project brings practical device checks together in one place and keeps the actual testing on the user's device.
