Augmented AI (Augmented Startups) is an AI automation agency for operators who want growth without more headcount. We connect existing tools and automate repetitive workflows, lead routing and follow-up, document cycles, and team notifications, so work moves the same day. Founded by Ritesh Kanjee, we ship production systems using custom code and RAG for SMBs and enterprises across South Africa and beyond.
Why I Built This
We built Augmented AI to help operators remove bottlenecks and grow without adding headcount. Ritesh Kanjee saw teams losing time to repetitive work, so we began shipping reliable production automations that connect the tools businesses already use.
