Agent Approval Inbox is a local-first macOS utility for developers and operators who need a clear checkpoint before an automation publishes, sends, or changes production state. A workflow writes pending actions to a local JSON queue. The app keeps each action visible until it is approved, completed, rejected, or deferred, then appends the decision to a local JSONL audit log.
