We built ESTS ZipSmart Delivery & Pickup to help merchants avoid delivery problems caused by orders from areas they cannot service. Invalid delivery orders can lead to cancellations, extra operational work, and frustrated customers. Our goal was to give Shopify merchants a simple way to validate zip codes before checkout, control delivery availability, and communicate clear delivery expectations to customers.
