Wherestan is a daily geography game where you guess the country in six tries. Each guess gives clues on continent, population, area in km2 and number of neighbors, plus distance and direction arrows with a km or miles toggle.
Everyone plays the same country each day, and it changes at midnight in the player's time zone. The game also has Unlimited, Flags and Shapes modes, and a leaderboard for signed-in Daily wins. It is a responsive web page.
James Callum East loves geography quizzes and daily puzzles like Wordle, and built Wherestan to make guessing countries feel like detective work.
