We built ESTS WhatsApp Campaign to help Shopify merchants manage customer communication without switching between multiple tools. WhatsApp is an important channel for engaging customers, but managing campaigns and support separately can become difficult. Our goal was to bring campaign management, automated customer support, and a customizable WhatsApp contact option together in one simple dashboard.
