unscrewed.lol is a free barter marketplace open across the United States. People can post a specific good, service, or skill, negotiate directly, and sign a clear trade agreement without listing fees, transaction fees, or a payment processor taking a cut. It is a very early independent community project built with a public-benefit intention, honest live outcome reporting, safety rules, and privacy-coarsened local discovery. The goal is to help thousands of local barter circles grow from real offers and fair exchanges, not manufactured accounts, clicks, or hype.
I started building unscrewed because rising costs keep squeezing ordinary people while useful goods, time, and skills sit idle all around us. I wanted a practical tool that helps people trade directly and keep value in their communities without another corporate layer taking a percentage. The project is intentionally starting small and publishing the zeroes while I learn what actually produces safe, useful exchanges.
