About This Launch
Tonework: free browser tools for manga and webtoon backgrounds. Turn a real street (OpenStreetMap) into a 3D scene rendered as manga line art and tone, generate dot, line, cross and gradient screentones, and use a posable mannequin, perspective grids and panel templates. Pro adds high-res exports.
Why I Built This
Drawing backgrounds by hand eats hours for webcomic artists. I wanted a quick way to get clean screentone and manga-style backgrounds in the browser.
