About This Launch
Taste China is a reference site for Chinese ingredients and geographical-indication foods. Each entry covers origin, buying tips, cooking pairings, nutrition and dietary notes, with source labels on many entries and registration-verified labels on some. The site is in Chinese only.
It is free to read and works as a searchable content database with a seasonal calendar. It is a content site, not a storefront, and the entry counts shown on it are the site's own claims.
Why I Built This
The pages gather food records, books and nutrition tables so a reader can look up one ingredient without hunting across registries. It is published as a free reference, not as a shop.
