TaskBound for ClickUp by Kastovia starts a 5-180 minute focus session from an open ClickUp task and blocks user-selected distracting sites during focus using optional domain permissions. Task context and session history stay local, with CSV history export. Pause, stop, break and session end release blocking. Save drafts first: matching open tabs reload when blocking applies. Three focus starts total are free to try. Pro v1 is a one-time purchase for up to three active browser installations; new Pro focus sessions require online licence verification. There is no ClickUp API connection or time-entry sync. This is an independent product, not affiliated with ClickUp.

Kastovia built TaskBound to connect a focused work session to the ClickUp task already open in Chrome. A user chooses distracting sites to block for that session, while task context and history remain local. It is a focus aid, not ClickUp time tracking or API synchronization.
