About This Launch
Synteric Robotics builds a 30 cm autonomous legged robot for crawl spaces, attics, and above-ground storage tanks. It's dropped at the hatch and runs autonomously on an onboard computer, works without an internet connection, and averages about 40 minutes per charge. Human control is included but not required. Onboard cameras plus sensors for moisture, humidity, oxygen, gas, and radon. Pilot stage, based in Denver, Colorado.
Why I Built This
Crawl spaces, attics, and above-ground storage tanks are cramped, hard-to-reach spaces to inspect. We built a 30 cm autonomous legged robot that can be dropped at the hatch and inspect them on its own.
