SourcrLab helps recruiters and staffing teams find, compare and choose recruitment technology. It covers hundreds of tools across ATS/CRM, sourcing, outreach, assessment, automation, analytics and AI, with transparent evidence, real recruiter context and no paid rankings. Recruiters can start from the problem they need to solve, compare shortlisted tools head-to-head, or explore the market by workflow and category. SourcrLab is built from a recruiter-first perspective. Vendor claims are separated from editorial judgement, evidence is clearly labelled, and commercial relationships never buy rankings.
Recruiters buy software in a market where most comparison sites are paid for. Rankings are sold, "top 10" lists are advertising, and vendor claims get reprinted as if they were findings. The person actually choosing an ATS is a recruiter with a shortlist and a deadline, and no reliable way to tell sponsored copy from evidence. I work in recruitment and have bought this software myself, so I built the thing I wanted to read: independent research where vendor claims are labelled as vendor claims, evidence is shown and labelled, and no one can buy a position. It starts from the problem a recruiter is trying to solve rather than from a vendor's feature list.
