Candidates preparing for the McKinsey Solve game had plenty of descriptions to read and almost nowhere to actually play it. Solve is a decision game: turn evidence into a number, test a combination against every rule, rank priorities and defend the trade-off. Reading about it does not build those reflexes, so we built a place to practise the decisions themselves, with worked examples and a debrief after each run.
