About This Launch
This is a one-time $29 Excel workbook, sold through Gumroad, for DIY landlords with 1 to 10 units. It includes a rent roll, income and expense logs with Schedule E-style categories, a maintenance log, a lease renewal tracker, a tax-year summary, a dashboard, a receipt tab and sample data.
It works in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice. The page says it is not tax advice.
Why I Built This
Small landlords often run rentals from scattered notes. This kit gives them one organized spreadsheet system for rents, expenses, maintenance and renewals.
