SkullCap AI turns one portrait photo into a silent 9.7-second vertical 9:16 MP4 of the skull cap trend: the cap goes on, the light cuts from bright to dark and the cold stare lands. It runs in the web browser (JavaScript is needed for upload and preview), with no account required. The download is on the site or by a private emailed link.
There is no free tier. Pricing is 480p Standard at $4.99 per video and 720p HD at $9.99 per video, as a one-time payment in USD before tax with no subscription. Failed renders are refunded. The page asks you to use your own photo or an adult who agreed, to crop out other faces, and notes that music is not licensed or included.
SkullCap AI was built so the skull cap video effect, which otherwise meant stitching several tools together, can be made from one photo upload.
