About This Launch
Shiba is an open-source, self-hosted AI coding agent that runs in your own Cloudflare account. Queue a task and approve the exact input. Shiba runs the job in an isolated sandbox and shows you the diff, with an optional read-only review round, and can optionally open a GitHub PR. It does not host your repo or keys.
Shiba is free only as open source under AGPL-3.0-only, and no pricing is stated. The main button goes to a waitlist. Docs cover self-hosting and quickstart, and the mobile web works. Native iPhone and desktop apps are not released.
Why I Built This
I wanted an AI coding agent that asks for approval before it writes any code, runs in an isolated sandbox in my own Cloudflare account, and shows me the diff first.
