RelayDesk turns Gmail and Outlook into a prioritized action queue. Instead of scanning every message, you can quickly see what needs a reply, what is urgent, and which payment or security alerts deserve attention. It also summarizes longer emails so you can understand the point faster. RelayDesk is built for freelancers, solo founders, and small teams who rely on email for work and do not want important messages buried under everything else.
I built RelayDesk because inboxes are good at showing what is new, but bad at showing what actually matters. While working on my own projects, I kept thinking about how easy it is to miss a reply, an urgent request, or an important account alert when everything is mixed together. I wanted something that felt less like an inbox and more like a work queue. After sharing an early version, I also saw interest from English-speaking users and Outlook users, so I expanded support beyond Gmail and kept refining it for a broader audience.
