Polite Scope is a $39 one-time, browser-only proposal kit for US freelancers and tiny agencies. You get a proposal/scope of work, a reusable rate card, and a kickoff email. Unzip and double-click index.html. It is not a contract platform or CRM. Polar is merchant of record.
Why I Built This
Jobs grew because the edges were implied. I wanted a proposal that states the work, the number, and what is not included, as a zip you open locally.
