PlayNewt is a discovery site for newly released free browser games, mainly from itch.io public feeds. Each game page embeds the title through itch.io's official embed, so play happens from the developer's own upload. It also has screenshots, controls and FAQs on game pages, a weekly top 5, collections and genre browsing.
Download-only and paid games are excluded, and the site says fan games of big brands and adult games are not listed. Candidates are re-checked before each update. No sign-up is needed to browse and play, and it runs in the browser. There are Submit a game and Developers pages for creators.
