PixPassVisa

PixPassVisa helps you prepare passport, visa and ID photos for 50+ countries using crop guides and automated checks on background, lighting and framing. The checker and preview are free.

The processed high-resolution download and print sheet cost $4.99, one time, and an optional expert manual edit is $6.99. It is an independent service, not a government agency, and the page says its checks do not guarantee acceptance.
