About This Launch
Penquote reads customer enquiries and drafts quotes and follow-ups. It is offered as a founding pilot with hands-on setup: $375 setup and $200 per month, 3 free sample estimates, a 12-month price lock for the first 5 pilots, up to 150 drafts a month ($1 per extra draft) and a 14-day setup refund. Example estimates on the site are illustrations.
Why I Built This
Quoting shouldn't mean retyping. Every enquiry means reading an email, pulling out the details, opening a template, doing the math and writing a follow-up. Penquote does that first pass from the company's own pricing rules so the estimator can spend time on judgment, and the company keeps the final say on every estimate.
