PDF Reference Linker by Kastovia turns literal labels such as Appendix B into links to physical pages in one PDF. Manually map labels, scan selectable one-line text, inspect and deselect matches, and export a separate internally linked copy. Mapping, scanning, review and CSV export are free; linked PDF export is part of the paid Pro v1, up to three active browser installations. Each Pro export requires an online licence check. PDF processing stays on the device and originals remain unchanged. Up to 50 MiB and 500 pages, with processing limits. No OCR, automatic destination inference or links to separate files. Encrypted, digitally signed and XFA PDFs are unsupported.

Kastovia built this for people who need literal references such as Appendix B to become clickable destinations inside an existing PDF. Users map labels to physical pages and review selectable-text matches before exporting a separate linked copy; the tool does not infer destinations or alter the original.
