PDF Duplicate Review by Kastovia compares PDF batches locally in Chrome and exports groups, skips and errors as CSV. Byte-identical SHA-256 matches are separate from matching extracted-text candidates, which need visual review because images, signatures, forms and annotations may differ. Originals are never deleted, renamed or rewritten. Free batches support up to 10 PDFs; Pro v1 is a one-time purchase for up to 250 PDFs and up to three active browser installations. Pro batches require online licence verification. Limits include 20 MiB per PDF, 200 MiB per batch and 500 pages per PDF, plus processing budgets. No OCR, image comparison or automatic deletion.

Kastovia built this for people reviewing mixed PDF batches who need to distinguish byte-identical files from matching extracted-text candidates. The goal is a local review report while leaving originals untouched. Text candidates still need visual checking because images, signatures, forms and annotations can differ.
