Paperly

Paperly translates PDFs into English from Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, French, German or English, keeping supported layout and formatting. You can compare original and English pages side by side, edit segments and download the English PDF. It also includes a local converter that turns documents into editable Markdown, with OCR for scanned pages in English and Simplified Chinese. The beta is free and needs no account.
