We built Order Modify by ESTS to solve the common problem of order changes after checkout. Customers often need to correct addresses, change quantities, add or replace products, or request cancellations, while merchants need full control over what can be changed. Our goal was to bring admin order editing and customer self-service into one app, helping stores reduce support tickets while giving customers a faster way to manage eligible orders.
