About This Launch
NovaSynth by Noveum is a pre-production testing platform for voice and chat AI agents. It places synthetic calls over SIP (Twilio, Plivo, Vobiz) and LiveKit, and also runs chat sessions, using personas, interruptions and adversarial scenarios so teams can find failures before release.

Why I Built This
Teams deploying voice AI agents need repeatable ways to test difficult calls before customers encounter them. NovaSynth lets them generate synthetic callers and exercise scenarios that are hard to stage manually.
