Moshimo is an iOS and Android app that phones Japanese businesses on your behalf. You describe the request in your own language, Moshimo calls in Japanese and reports back in the app. Uses include reservations, plan changes, policy or stock questions and lost items.
Request previews are free, and each new account receives one eligible free Call for Me call. A Call Pass is a fixed-duration pass with no auto-renew, and no prices are shown on the page. It is not for emergencies, medical or legal matters.
Moshimo began with a familiar travel problem: translation apps help with menus and directions, but many Japanese businesses still need a phone call. We built Moshimo to help people make those practical calls without having to speak Japanese themselves.
