About This Launch
MDDock opens any existing folder of .md files without an import or proprietary database. Write in a Typora-style live-render editor, ask AI questions grounded in your own notes with source citations, and let Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex read the same vault through skills, MCP, or the TUI. It also includes presenter mode, 13+ reading themes, Office round-trip conversion, and free browser Markdown tools for macOS, Windows, iPhone, and iPad.
Why I Built This
I kept notes in one app, drafts in another, and agent memory scattered across folders. MDDock is my attempt to make one plain .md folder the shared layer: a writing surface, a searchable knowledge base, and context for both people and coding agents.
