Maintenance is a free Android app for recurring jobs that should follow the work instead of a rigid calendar. A task remains due until completed; then its next interval starts from the actual completion time and recent history is preserved. It works offline without an account for personal tracking, supports optional shared Homes, and currently has no ads or payment screen. It is designed for home upkeep, cleaning, plant and pet care, vehicle checks, and other repeatable tasks, not maintenance diagnosis or advice.
I built it after noticing that ordinary repeating reminders create fake schedules. If a filter is replaced 12 days late, the next 90-day interval should start from the day it was actually replaced, not the old calendar date. I wanted a small Android tool that keeps overlooked jobs visible without cluttering a main to-do list.
