A free browser calculator for workspace admins preparing for a Loom renewal or an Atlassian billing transition. Paste a seat-activity CSV or enter seat counts and your per-seat rate, and it returns a Keep, Move or Archive seat table plus annual arithmetic calculated from the counts and rate you entered.
Name, email, user and phone columns are dropped before counting, and the page says nothing is uploaded. An optional $79 'Exit Pack' Excel workbook is sold separately on Gumroad. The page carries a notice that it is not affiliated with Atlassian, Loom or any third-party platform, and it is general guidance, not legal, tax or IT advice.
First Mover Projects built this to give small businesses a quick, free check on Loom seats without uploading their data.
