QuickBooks Online's built-in reminders use one schedule for everyone, with no easy way to leave out the customers you'd rather call yourself. LedgerBell is a tool we're building to send reminders for your QuickBooks Online invoices that follow a schedule you set for each customer, written in your own words. It will skip anyone on your pause list, stop as soon as the invoice is paid in QuickBooks, and email you a weekly summary of who owes what. QuickBooks Online first. It isn't built yet. I work in payments, and I kept seeing the same problem: a platform pays out one net deposit, and someone has to rebuild the sales, fees and refunds behind it by hand in QuickBooks.
