LaTeX Autofill is a free MIT Obsidian community plugin for math notes. Inside $…$ / $$…$$, type English or Chinese meaning (integral / 定积分, matrix / 矩阵, partial / 偏导数), press Enter for a full template, then Tab / Shift+Tab between placeholders. A Σ search window can insert or copy. ~236 curated entries plus a ~1,000-command table. Fully offline, no network or AI calls.

I kept knowing the idea I wanted in a math note (definite integral, matrix, partial) and still hunting for the long LaTeX command. I built an offline meaning-based completer inside Obsidian’s math blocks so English and Chinese keywords both work, with Tab jumps between placeholders, no cloud, no AI.
