Kalkulko is a portfolio of free educational games for children and families. Kalkulko practices arithmetic, Pravopisko focuses on Czech spelling, and Zlomko teaches visual fractions through parts of a whole, number lines, comparisons, and practical problems. The apps use short rounds, require no account, contain no ads or purchases, and are available across the web and mobile stores. Calm untimed play reduces pressure, while optional timed modes remain available for children who enjoy a challenge.
I built Kalkulko after seeing how quickly repetitive worksheets can turn practice into pressure. The goal is to give families and teachers short, focused games that respect children's privacy and let them practice without ads, accounts, or paywalls. Expanding from arithmetic to Czech spelling and visual fractions created a small portfolio that can serve different learning needs while keeping the same calm design principles.
