Jobless is the World Index of Jobs: 2 million live roles from company career pages, searchable in plain words, in any language. Just say what you want and it understands the role, the place, the level and what to leave out. Every match is scored against what you have actually done, not the keywords you remembered. Pick a role and Jobless optimizes your resume for it, writes the cover letter and remembers every answer you give. On supported job sites, the Chrome extension fills the application on the company's own site. You hit send. Free to start. No credit card.
Hi, I'm Belmin, the solo founder of Jobless, building from Serbia. I was job hunting myself and kept scrolling ten different boards only to find the same five jobs, then rewriting my resume and the same answers for every application. So I built the search I actually wanted: one place with every live job, where you just describe what you're looking for and it does the sorting and the paperwork. Jobless is that tool, and I use it for my own search every day.
