About This Launch
Infonic AI is a no-code customer support chatbot that answers visitor questions using only the website pages and documents you select. Connect WordPress, choose posts and pages, upload documents, or embed it on any website with one iframe. It includes a free plan, custom branding, conversation history and lead capture without requiring an OpenAI API key.
Why I Built This
I built Infonic AI after seeing small website owners spend hours answering the same customer questions or struggle with complex chatbot tools, API keys and usage credits. The goal was to make accurate, document-trained support simple enough to launch in minutes and affordable enough for small businesses.
