About This Launch
Extract text from images with free local browser OCR. Upload, drag or paste an image, then copy the text or download it as a TXT file. Recognition runs in your browser, so images are not sent to an OCR API.
Built for printed text in English and Chinese. Handwriting, formulas, complex tables and PDFs are not reliably handled.
